We are proud collaborators of the South African Radio Astronomy Observatory (SARAO), organiser of several Human Capital Development programmes in Africa. In 2021 we collaborated in the African Radio Interferometry Winter School — read more here.
In 2023 we organised the DARA Student Workshop on Global 21-cm Astronomy Experiments and Technology (Stellenbosch, South Africa, 1–3 February 2023).
We currently deliver the Data-Driven Radio Astronomy in the SKA era course for the MPhil in Data Intensive Science.
We currently run a project funded by the Cambridge-Africa ALBORADA Research Fund to train STEM students in East Africa through radio astronomy, using the TART telescope.
Outreach
We participate in several public-engagement events, including Physics at Work, collaborations with Pint of Science and the Cambridge Science Centre, and many others.
